The beginning, however, is not very rosy when the reception in the small community turns out to be cold, to say the least. The apartment that was supposed to be furnished is empty. The father immediately becomes the talk of the other members of the congregation and the son is being bullied at school. The situation begins to escalate, and very suddenly the continuation of life in a new community seems hopeless. “Time Out” is a heightened depiction of reality, an extreme story in which serious drama and equally serious black humor go hand in hand..
Movie Plot: Story about father and his son and small town bullies and those who stare beside silently approving all bad to happen. Ex-priest moves to small town of Harmaaketo together with his son, where they get instantly bullied and terrorized. Even when there’s zero tolerance for such things, no one can or don’t want to stop it before it’s too late and things escalate to the point of no return.
